Shipping
Items in stock ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail, so delivery should take no more than 3 days. We only ship within the US and its territories.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $49.00. A $5.99 shipping fee applies to all other orders.
Sales Tax
We are based in California and thus required to collect 8.25% sales tax on any orders within California.
Payment
We accept echecks and all major credit cards via PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order in My Account by logging in with your email and password. We also update you by email when your order ships or if it should be delayed.
Returns and Refunds
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it within 45 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price and tax, if applicable!
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be postage pre-paid, returned in the original packing and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you recieved, it may be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No refunds past 45 days.
Refunds will be sent within two weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. No refunds are covered on Special Orders.
